Keet gives ASCs a single platform to succeed in value-based care payment models. Manage the entire surgical episode of care with configurable pre- and post-op care plans, as well as provider-augmented virtual physical therapy.
How it works.
The Keet app uses clinical surveys to determine the best pre- and post-surgical treatment pathways, assigning customized care plans and connecting patients with high-quality PT providers so they can recover faster.
Step 1.
Invite your patient to Keet to start the process.
Send your patient an invitation to Keet to introduce them to the pre- and post-operative portion of their care and to begin a simple intake process.
Step 2
As a first step, they’ll complete a survey based on their procedure.
Using our mobile app, they’ll complete a short survey, to determine the best care pathways for recovery from their procedure.
Step 3
The survey will assess the patient based on their responses.
If it is determined that they can self-manage after their procedure, the patient is assigned a self-guided care plan, along with exercises and educational materials.
Step 4
Keet’s pre-built questionnaires and workflows will keep them on a path to recovery.
As they follow the plan, assessments and questionnaires will track progress, enabling agile adjustment of care plans.
